Bobbie Christie Baskin and Baskin were abducted 20 years ago in Tennessee. His parents, Mark and Debbie Baskin Baskin, never saw them for 20 years. Debbie’s parents, Marvin and Sandra Arce Arce, kidnapped her grandchildren, Christi and Bobby Baskin in 1989.
Marvin Arce was arrested. Arce had changed his name to John Bunting. Sandra Arce died in March 2006. The couple changed the names of Arce children Jennifer and Jonathan Bunting Bunting. People who knew Marvin Jonathan Arce Bunting was his son.
Marvin Arce, 72, was arrested in San Jose, California, children are also living in the San Jose area. Jennifer Bunting aka Baskin Christie is in her 20s and a student nurse. His brother, Jonathan, aka Bobbie Baskin Bunting, is also in his 20 years and is married with 2 children.
Marvin and Debbie Arce had stated Mark Baskin was sexually abusing her children. Baskin Christie was abducted when she was 8 and Bobbie was 7 years old. Jennifer Bunting is now 28 and Jonathan Bunting is 27.
Marvin Arce will be extradited to Tennessee to face charges.
