The police have just found a missing 15-year-old boy late last night in the Holyoke hotel room in Morgantown, W. Va. He was found With his eighth-grade teacher.
The boy, who is a student at Maurice Donahue Elementary School in W.V, “turned out to be absolutely fine,” said Police Chief Anthony R. Holyoke Scott. His teacher, Lisa Lavoie, 24, was arrested by local police and is accused of luring a child, a rather serious felony, said Scott.
The boy’s mother contacted the school February 13, saying she was concerned about the relationship twix his son and Lavoie, a first year teacher. The authorities were unable to challenge the first-year teacher because hse had left the school day the prior week due to stress. The boy’s parents reported him missing Feb. 16.Is this
Holyoke Detective David Usher was able to track the couple to the hotel and financial records through the use of cellular communications data, said Scott the police man.
